This position may be under filled as a Development Services Technician I: entering salary range: $32,233.50-$43,465.50 Primary duties of the position include responding to public inquiries for general information on various regulations, conducting monetary transactions, performing routine zoning and land use research associated with requests, data entry and management through the EnerGov system, intake of sign and/or temporary activity permit applications, and other related duties. This position is assigned to the Zoning Branch of Land Development and plays an integral role in customer service delivery through review and approval of zoning permit applications for new businesses and structures.
